Procurement and implementation of an on-premises Campaign Management System (CMS) providing centralized campaign orchestration, customer segmentation, multi-channel campaign execution (SMS, Push Notifications, Telegram, and Genesys), and seamless integration with the Bank’s internal systems and data sources. Scope includes delivery of the CMS MVP, a 5-year software license, implementation, integrations, custom development, software updates, and ongoing maintenance and support services.
