The RVS-8 high-performance cutting machine is a standard of reliability for chief engineers, technologists and heads of tool shops. Thanks to reinforced guides and precision mechanical feeding, the machine ensures clean surface treatment of holes in strict accordance with the highest accuracy classes. The equipment allows you to perform complex technological operations in one installation, which significantly reduces the time spent on interoperable logistics in the workshop and reduces the cost of products.Areas of application of the RVS-8 heavy machine in Uzbekistan, Due to the high power of the power unit and the universal system for fixing workpieces, this device is actively used at the largest machine-building and repair enterprises of the republic. The main areas of operation include:Railway transport and depots: precision rigging and calibration of holes in wheelsets, wagon bogie elements, traction drives and locomotive parts.Heavy machinery: finishing of deep coaxial holes in large body parts, gearboxes, rolling mills and quarry machinery.Repair of technological lines: restoration of worn-out seats, finger holes and joints in the nodes of hydraulic structures and heavy presses.Technical characteristics of RVS-8parameter value Model / Article of EQUIPMENTYARVS-8The type of machine is assembly (specialized unwrapping)The maximum diameter of the riber is 80 mm (please specify for a specific modification)The processing accuracy class is high (in accordance with GOST standards)The type of bed rails are hardened, high-precision ground guides, the coolant supply system is built-in, automatic, with multi-stage filtration, the operating mode of the equipment is adjustment, semi-automatic, automatic control panel interfaces Digital parameter indication, push-button control panel Power supply 3 phases, 380 V (industrial power grid, 50 Hz)Official warranty of 12 months (1 year from the date of commissioning)💡 ENGINEER'S ADVICE (Formalized as a "Quote" block in WordPress):When working on the RVS-8 machine, it is critically important to correctly select the cutting speed and feed rate for the final deployment of the holes. Finishing is a delicate process that requires a minimum machining allowance (no more than 0.1–0.2 mm per side). If you leave too much allowance, the tool will start to "rattle", which will instantly lead to the appearance of edges and ellipsis inside the hole, as well as premature blunting of the finishing sweep. Always use original oil-based coolants to reduce friction and timely wash out the micro-chips from the cutting area.
